11 students were awarded with a scholarship of $100,000 to study agricultural science at the University of Tasmania. Michael Rose, professor and a director of the Tasmania Institute of Agriculture science, said the agriculture industry support students through scholarships to study agricultural science at the University of Tasmania. He also said, “There is a growing demand for the skilled agricultural science graduates, and the knowledge that students gain through their degree equips them to work all over the world, in both government and private sectors, indoors, outdoors, in the lab and the field”.
