Researchers at Murdoch University's Harry Butler Institute will organise a study in the winter of 2022 to identify how the disease sarcoptic mange is manifesting in quenda in Roleystone urban and bushland sites. Murdoch University is working with Darlin Range Wildlife Service, WA Wildlife, the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) and local councils to determine where the disease started from.
