In the 2017 QILT employer satisfaction survey (ESS), Monash University was ranked 10th in Australia for graduate employability, with an overall satisfaction rate of 86.9%, higher than the national average of 84.7 per cent.
Foundation skills – general literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, as well as the ability to investigate and integrate knowledge (94.5 percent)
Adaptive skills – the ability to adapt and apply skills/knowledge and work independently (91.1 percent)
Collaborative skills – teamwork and interpersonal skills (90 percent)
Technical skills – the application of professional and technical knowledge and standards (94 per cent)
Employability skills – the ability to perform a variety of tasks (94 per cent)
Employability skills – the ability to perform (89 per cent)
