According to the research, the Digital Skills Organisation (DSO) has around 8 million workers only so far, but by 2025 we need more than 3 million people to meet the demand. The National Centre for Vocational Education Research explores new pathways in digital jobs. For the same, they need to create digital jobs in simple language and help people explore their job opportunities. The DSO is consulting with industry, the training sector, and other key stakeholders on the proposed Pathways Model to test and confirm the critical building blocks needed to move forward.
