The institution has announced a two-year master's program that will begin next year and is open to anyone with a bachelor's degree in health science. With a "modest" initial enrollment of 30, the course will "address the serious scarcity" of pharmacists in the Northern Territory. Aside from filling a community need, this appears to be part of Vice-Chancellor Scott Bowman's intention to begin teaching medicine in 2023. This year, CDU and the Menzies School of Health Research will begin offering postgraduate health emergency preparedness and response courses.
